Pauline is a highly experienced remedial massage therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the shire. Her journey into the field of massage began after working in nursing. She has received training in a wide range of massage techniques and modalities, including but not limited to:

  • Remedial and sports massage

  • Pregnancy and post-natal massage

  • Relaxation and Swedish massage

Pauline's main focus is to work with you in order to achieve the best optimal health outcomes. She believes in tailoring the treatments to suit your specific needs, and sometimes this may involve a combination of different styles, treatments, or modalities.

In her commitment to excellence, Pauline continues to pursue her passion for continuing education. She stays up to date with the latest techniques by regularly attending workshops and seminars.

Over the past 15 years, Pauline has shared clinic space with Dr. Katie O'Sullivan (B.Chir.Sc M.Chir) as they work together to achieve optimal health outcomes for their clients.
